Acceptance of these terms
By using AdaptiveView, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AdaptiveView provides free browser-based color and accessibility tools. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, pause, or stop without a guaranteed notice period.
Your content
You retain your rights in images and other material you use with the tools. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
Images are processed locally in the browser in the current MVP. AdaptiveView does not claim ownership of uploaded images or generated results.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Accessibility, legal, and medical disclaimers
Tool results are informational aids. They are not legal or compliance advice, do not establish that a product is fully WCAG compliant, and do not replace a complete accessibility audit.
The color-vision simulator is an educational design aid, not a medical test, diagnosis, or exact representation of an individual’s perception.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdaptiveView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
